Spritely Fitness

Spritely an exercise class for people in their 50's, 60's 70's and beyond. This is a fun and sociable class which varies slightly from week to week, but always includes cardiovascular exercises, as well as muscle strengthening and conditioning exercises specifically aimed at the mature adult. Great music will motivate you as you exercise.


These classes will exercise your heart and lungs, as well providing some resistance work for all the muscle groups. Resistance training can increase bone density, and help reduce the effects of osteoperosis.

Fitness levels

Both men and women can benefit from Spritely fitness classes. You will need to be mobile and in good health, but we try to cater for varying fitness levels. You should always consult your doctor before beginning a new exercise programme.

How to join in

Classes take place at St. Mary's Church Hall in Acton High Street on Tuesday mornings and at Ealing Green Church Hall on Friday mornings. Click the timetable links on the right for further details and directions.
